After the Aral Sea dried out, the remains of an ancient temple were found at its bottom. Archaeologists who arrived at the place of discovery, found that this building belongs to the 11-14 centuries of our era and that, oddly enough, it is a copy of the Yasavi mausoleum in Turkestan. Not far from the found temple, burial grounds of the buried warriors were found, workshops on making ceramics for construction and entertainment were also found. Scientists believe that this found temple was once erected by the Oguz people.

После того, как Аральское море высохло, на его дне были найдены остатки древнего храма. Археологи, прибывшие на место находки, установили, что данное сооружение относится в 11-14 векам нашей эры и что, как ни странно, это копия мавзолея Ясави в Туркестане. Недалеко от найденного храма были обнаружены могильники похороненных воинов, также нашли мастерские по изготовлению керамики для строительства и развлечения. Ученые полагают, что этот найденный храм когда-то был возведем народом огуз.

As one of the scientists, Professor Abyly Aidosov, considered, today it was possible to find only a small part of the city, and everything else is still under water. This expedition was organized in 2000. Unfortunately, the expedition ran out of money and the scientists were forced to wind down all their research. Archeologists managed to work only one season. But after a while an amazing find was made. Two dozen kilometers from the found temple-mausoleum, local residents found the remains of a whole ancient city on the dried bottom of the Aral Sea.

Как посчитал один из ученых, профессор Абылй Айдосов, на сегодняшний день удалось найти всего лишь малую часть города, а все остальное до сих пор находится под водой. Экспедиция эта была организовала в 2000 году. К несчастью, у экспедиции закончились деньги и ученые были вынуждены свернуть все свои исследования. Успели проработать лишь один сезон. Но немного погодя была совершена удивительная находка. В двух десятках километров от найденного храма-мавзолея местные жители нашли на высохшем дне Аральского моря останки целого древнего города.

There were also randomly scattered remains of people and livestock, which suggests that they died in a relatively short time, and this death was sudden. And there was absolutely no one to bury them.

Были также найдены беспорядочно разбросанные останки людей и скота, что говорит о том, что они погибли за достаточно короткое время, причем гибель эта была внезапной. И захоронить их было совершенно некому.
